› All participants are requested to register before getting any conference material (technical program, conference bag and conference badge).
› Registration fee will include the following:
› Access to all conference sessions
› A CD containing the IBCAST conference proceedings
› Miscellaneous conference material
› Refreshment breaks (coffee/tea) for the days of the conference (for the 04 days)
› Lunches (for the 04 days)
› Conference dinner (s)
** Student rate attendees must have a valid full-time student ID or a letter from their Department Head/Chair that states that the attendee is a full time student.
** Registration will take place on site.
** The participant has to pay for the breakfast and the dinner (except conference dinner (s)) during their stay for the conference.
