Note: During 21th IBCAST, we are not taking any exhibitors. Sorry for the inconvenience

Registration Fee:

• Rs. 100,000.00 – Local Company
• US $ 500.00 – Foreign Company

Application for participation:

All applications for participation shall be made on the prescribed” Application” form. The form shall be submitted to the Organizer by due date. Submission of the form shall deem to be confirmation of participation and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Organizer reserves the right to accept or refuse any application without assigning any reason thereof.

Exhibition / Advertisement:

As an exhibitor, you will be provided with a 6-feet table and access to electricity, in an 8' x 6' exhibit space. No packing and dismantling of exhibits will be allowed until the official closing of IBCAST Conference. Exhibitor will establish / setup its stall by its own material. No nails on walls will be allowed. Display will be allowed on 2nd & 3rd day of the conference from 1000 hrs to 1630 hrs.

Registration:

Please provide full names & copies of CNIC of the individual(s) i.e maximum 2persons, who will be representing the organization / company well before time to avoid inconvenience at the conference venue. They will be provided lunch / tea along with the participants after registration / issuance of display card. Night stay will be their own responsibility.

Promotional Materials:

Promotional materials to be distributed at the exhibition table may be mailed (hard copy) directly to IBCAST Secretariat before 1st August, 2024.
